They broke a leg on my Ethan Allen sofa (I have photos of the damage) when loading and didn't use the padding and blankets properly that I provided and didn't use available space in the pod for small items. I found scratches on a cabinet. They should have stopped loading as soon as they realized there was not enough room, and my stuff wasn't going to fit in the pod. They barley spoke and one of them was on the phone most of the time. Not worth the time or money.
I hired a long distance moving company and that's how we saw the damage done to my furniture because we had to unload the POD and load unto their truck. The POD never left my driveway.
I paid about $500 for the loaders
