Angelo ultimately did a great job ensuring all of our belongings fit into our PODS. Unfortunately the entire experience felt pretty unprofessional. Crew members were taking personal calls throughout the service. I witnessed multiple boxes dropped and dents/scuffs on our walls. Accidents happen, but it's difficult to shake it off when a crew member is tending to his personal calls and facetimes on his phone. After the crew left, I noticed our attic insulation cover had been ripped out (it was previously stapled down to prevent heat from escaping our attic). Moving is stressful, and the crew's lack of care and focus added to that stress.
I booked a crew of 4 for 2 hours, which was the recommendation based on the size of our home. The crew required an additional 30 minutes (extra $100) to complete the job, though I had to step in and lend a hand to make sure the job got done. If I were moving again, I would not consider rebooking this crew.

Our customers should prepare by letting us know all the details of their move so we can give the best options and tips to make their move seamless.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
