This is my second time using HireAHelper. My first experience was great and so was this time.
My movers were exceptionally polite and communicative on arrival time, etc.
They were very careful with my belongings and made my move an easy process.
I have dealt with other companies that have cancelled the day before a move, so I can say that HireAHelper is very reliable and has thorough customer service check-ins to make sure you are satisfied along the way.
The only minor thing to mention: I had originally booked 3 movers for 2 hours, but day of, only 2 were on the job.
Not a big deal, but if I had items that were too large to move with only 2 people, it might have been problematic.
I would still highly recommend HireAHelper if you need a moving service!

This was the worst moving service I ever experienced. First they got the moving day wrong. They were on their way to me on the wrong day. Then the 2 guys did not come prepared to complete loading in 2 hours as promised. They were slow on propose so I would have to pay them more. They didn't seem to know how to do their job. They were chatting more than hustling to get the job done. My things were placed wrong in the pod. They didn't use the straps I provided so some of my things arrived damaged. They had to be told to do things that experts would already know. I had to finish the loading on my own which was very hard since they were still heavy things to take down. I overpaid for terrible service. Will not recommend to anyone.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
