Jamil & Dezmond had to bypass 2 major wildfires in my area just to get to my home! They showed up prepared and ready to move my largest pieces of furniture out of my home and into a PODS storage unit. I appreciated how careful they were with my antiques! Thanks to their expert packing skills, all of my furniture was able to fit in the POD. They made this dreaded process so much easier. I highly recommend these guys at Smart Move, LLC.

The movers themselves are excellent - polite, took good care, put my bed together. The customer service and communication was terrible! They then tried to buy a 5* review on Google from me - give me $75 to remove my comments and change to 5. Deceptive.
They showed up 4hrs late, and I had to call them constantly to get updated estimates for arrival - the crew who did come said they had only just been called as a replacement, even though it had been clear since the morning that the original crew would not make due to overruns elsewhere. I kept being told - only 30min more - but then noone would show. A whole afternoon wasted waiting.
This move took place over a month ago, and we reached out simply to see if a $75 refund would make a difference in how you felt about your experience. I’m sorry if that was misinterpreted—it was never our intention to minimize your concerns. Our goal has always been to ensure our customers feel valued and heard. If there’s anything else we can do to address your concerns, please let us know.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
