Overall, Al and Jawal from Smart Move did a great job. They were well-prepared with two furniture dollies and carrying straps. We had a short timeline for loading and unloading, and Al and Jawal hustled to ensure that we meet the timeline. They were both courteous and handled all of our property carefully. I would definitely use Al and Jawal again for a move.

The men who came out to help me pack up the truck were fantastic. They were focused and got to work immediately. They worked well with each other and were efficient with moving things as well as packing the truck. I needed to make one stop after packing my apartment to pick up more things and they worked with me to pack my truck in a way that would save space and allow for me to load other items later. Thank you for the great work, because you made it possible for me to make my move!

I hired Smart move to help unload. The two people they sent could not have been any better. On time, prompt, called me to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. They asked me where I wanted every box, were careful not to bang the house or bang around the boxes. If your looking for a good company, I would highly recommend them.

Jason and Jose were on time. Moved all of my things up a flight of stairs with care and with speed. Only have a 1 bedroom apartment but they were done in an hour. They also had to move things off of the truck and back on the truck. Were very nice and I’d definitely hire them again.

I would for sure use then again. Both Keshan and Isaiah were very good, courteous and were on time. As soon as they came, they started working and the 2 hour job was finished in 1.5 hours. Everything was handled well. I will strongly recommend them.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
