What a blessing to have these guys pack the moving van! They were on time and called with arrival time. They were so polite. They never slowed down, and knew exactly what to pack when in order to distribute the weight. I would recommend them to use over and over again. It was a great experience.

Guess I share some the lower rating in that I didn't consider how much longer it would take to navigate the 3rd floor stairs where we live. Also they had to walk from the unit 60-70 feet to the truck.
Instead of 2-3 hrs. it was 5+. Also I should have asked them to not be so careful packing. Would give 5 stars for that! Takes a lot of time and we only had 40 miles to go, and 1/4 of the truck was empty when they finished. Next time I will know to just get the stuff down to the ground and I will put in in the truck if it takes more than 2 hours. I know that everyone can not do this. I must say they did the job they were hired to do!

The young men who handled are move were very nice and certainly knew what they were doing. I felt bad for them because they came with no harnesses, dolley or any type of equipment to help them make it easier for them. My husband and I went to Ace Hardward and bought them a harness and other essential pieces in order for them to carry out the move. If we hadn't done that, there were two large pieces for sure that they could not have handled. So the "helpers" were great.
The company fell down on the job as far as providing them the proper equipment.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
