They stayed in touch as to when they would arrive, they were prepared to do whatever was necessary and did-as we had things in three different locations on the property, very respectful of not only myself but my property. The two men who came to pack our furniture and belongings on the moving truck were not only professional, but were focused totally on the job at hand. On top of that, they were very polite and punctual. I must add, that the owner was outstanding!! He went to great measures to accommodate us in getting rescheduled, when the Budget truck company didn’t take care of our truck pick-up according to our reservation that had been made a month prior to the move. They had no truck for us on move day - and only offered an option for us to pick it up at a location that was over an hour away. We had no choice! Thanks to Brantley Movers saying they would do whatever it takes to get us packed on time, we were able to continue as planned. My husband and I really appreciate Hire A Helper & Brantley Movers prompt, courteous service!

We hired Brantley to arrive between 9 and 10 a.m. . At 9:55 we got a call saying that one of their guys called in sick and they were trying to find someone to replace him. Hire a Helper jumped in to help us find new movers. We were told by Hire a Helper that Brantley was still on another job from the day before not that someone called in sick. We had rented a moving truck for a limited amount of time and were almost 2 hours into having the truck when they called us to say that they weren't going to show. I would not trust Brantley movers again since they let us down.
