The guys were on time, courteous, and very professional. One minor mishap occurred, with our cherry entertainment center. One of the men was removing bolts to disassemble the unit so it could be moved, while the other guy was not aware of what his partner was doing. He pushed on the right side cabinet, causing a heavy shelf to fall ~3’ onto the large flat surface, leaving 2 small gouges. Repairs have been promised, which I have no doubt will be taken care of. I was also concerned for their well-being when they moved our ~450 pound piano “the old fashioned way” - just muscle to move it down a single 7” step. Both men were fine, it was just the hardest of work.
I’d hire these guys again, despite the minor mishap they were professional and delivered what we wanted!

DID NOT SHOW, or even call to say they weren't coming. This happened, despite two conversations directly with JS Moving Labor confirming details several days prior. Anyone who has used help/labor moving understands this is a massive and expensive inconvenience.

The three movers who showed up were very professional and careful. They worked very hard to sort the boxes into the correct rooms and move furniture to new positions if I changed my mind. They were also very personable and friendly. I would recommend them to others without question.
