Yes, they were on time, worked hard & were respectful person to person. Very friendly and prompt. We added an additional hour with no pricing issue. Jessie was indeed an awesome guy. However, the "problem" was inexperience in loading household and garage items in an appropriate manner for a move. We suffered damage due to this issue. Heavy table tools, etc... were placed inside & on top of furniture that clearly couldn't bear the weight. It was also unfortunate that they didn't use the moving blankets provided. IF... you cannot watch every single item as it's being loaded and get a good look as it's happening as was the case with our move, you'll probably experience damage from loading issues. More oversight would've prevented such issues. So you be the judge on your particular needs.

On time. Took time to & from house to truck. Damaged china hutch, top & bottom pieces. Damaged entertainment center. We can no longer use one of the shelves that goes from tower to tower. Towers now have scratches.

Broke and dented furniture, Did not put the bed frame together properly, had to fix that myself took 2 minutes!!! Let my couch on the patio as they could not get it into my apartment. Had to call for extra help and cling wrapped the couch it and got it inside. Altogether a very bad and costly experience.

A little early and ready to go! They brought their own dolly and blankets and equipment! These guys are punctual, professional and take pride in their work. It was great. Nothing was damaged in the move - they wrapped everything. They worked hard and stayed within the time I had purchased. I highly recommend them. Yes, I hired them because they had the most reasonable rate, but I was surprised to find they were also the best movers I've hired. And I am going to go put this out on their facebook and website because they deserve it! - Rob
