The only good thing I could say about them is they were on time and some how managed to get my belongings to the next location (which was 500 feet from the previous location) some of my belongings were broken, some scratched but they definitely tried to milk the clock by going past their reserved time by carrying empty cardboard boxes in, a single beach bag in a trip. Additionally to taking a minimum of 25 minutes each trip to and from the old apartment to the new one. They brought a hand truck to enable them to bring 3+ boxes per trip ( that I had to pay a fee of $25 as ordered by the company) but they didn’t use it one time!! They broke the leg of my brand new crib that I didn’t even get to use yet, by dragging it across a large walkway of cement as they did much of my furniture, and snapped one of the legs off! They took advantage of the fact that I was a young girl by myself and showed a lack of professionalism and any respect I will certainly not be using them again!

First of all no truck ...i would have never booked them if i was advised they didnt have a truck...so ladt minute i had to rent truck ...added expense for me. Then they broke the side glass on my china closet so now i have to file a claim....i would not recommend or use their service again...very disappointed
