I was very pleased with A Positive Movers. They showed up on time and worked very quickly and efficiently at packing 2 apartments (one, a 4th floor walk up) and unloading everything at a third location. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I was very fortunate this past Saturday to have received help from Nayquhon and Jordan from A Positive Movers not to mention this was very last minute that I inquired about receiving help throigh hire a helper website. These gentlemen were punctual extremely helpful and professional, and very hard-working. They made the entire move very comfortable and enjoyable with how very down-to-earth and professional they were. It was very easy to talk to them they were very approachable and we're constantly in consideration of what me the mover wanted or needed. They even stayed a longer period of time to help me out with an error on the part of other movers, that was made and picked up the slack where the other movers had left off. Not to mention the moving situation for my building wasn't exactly ideal, especially being there wasn't any designated loading area so to speak and we had to maneuver everything by going out of the way just to get all of my belongings into the apartment. However they made this work and they used very methodical techniques and you could tell they weren't trying to take their time to get more money by the hour.. And if anything, they were trying to get as much done as fast as possible to save me money of anything yet at all times, they always kept all of my belongings and all items that were moved, safe, and in protected condition. They were very conscientious of the items they were handling and never took a chance with rushing anything that was fragile or that was oversized, they were very conscientious of the items they were handling and never took a chance with rushing anything that was fragile or that could have any chance of being ruined even in the slightest or the chance of ruining something else with the item like the walls or surrounding environment that everything was being moved into. The apartment remained in an untouched state and after everything was moved into the apartment they even offered to put my bedframe together for me, which was way too heavy for me to do on my own. Even prior to this when there were a few more items that I could easily have finished brnging in on my own that were outside the apartment as we started winding down.. since they stayed a lot later than planned and still had not had anything to eat or drink or any rest in several hours, I told them i could just finish it up no problem, yet they still offered their assistance just to help me get the rest done since they were there to help me already and it would go faster with more people. I'm glad I excepted because I probably would've been there longer than I thought and after having had a long day as well myself from the move, they made it so much easier on me than it could've been. My general closing experience was awful and additional movers that I had the misfortune of dealing with in the mix made this move a really bad experience for me however I definitely mean it when I say that with Jordan and Nayquhon's help, I finally started to really enjoy the next stage of my life I was entering into and finally began to really enjoy moving into my new apartment. They weren't concerned about the money and did not mention it ONCE until the end when we had to wrap things up, but again not once did they mention it unlike the other movers who wouldn't touch a thing until they got paid in cash! You could tell that these two really cared about helping me out and with all of the stuff I had and being so last minute to have them come out and help me I was so lucky to have received their help and so grateful for them. I'm sure there are a lot of great movies out there but these two are exceptional and if you need any help moving I strongly strongly suggest if you want the job done right and for actually a really great price considering the competition out there that could charge triple the amount. The matter how you look at it all around I had a phenomenal experience and am telling anyone who is looking for a worry free and stress-free move you may not be able to control all aspects of your move but you can control who you have work with you. As you can see with my situation sometimes when looking at moving companies it can be the luck of the draw who you got which is why it's important to read reviews and go with the person's experience because Elise you know what individuals can create that same experience for you. The set of movers that I was really unhappy with and that I had been dealing with Maymie regret ever contacting the company but after having hired a positive movers I can see why they call themselves that! They definitely are positive and they made my experience a positive one. I am telling you this for your own good go with a positive movers company and I'm sure they have great employees there but ask for Nayquhon and Jordan! I'm telling you you will be amazed at how great you're moving experience can be if you hire them and you know you'll get the job done and right too.. for an outstanding price and outstanding service, compared to most of the other competitors/movers that offer services not to mention who up the price just for you calling the last minute.. which these guys did not do it all.if I can read these guys on a higher level of stars I would they're definitely a 10 out of 10! I told them already that in the future or whenever I need help moving again as well as if any family or friends need help moving I know who to call in right away which is a huge relief for me because there's no more searching and fear of the unknown if we are going to get :)! The two movers that completed my move were great. They were punctual, arrived about 15 minutes early. They were hardworking. They unloaded the truck quickly and orderly. I would use these movers again.
