They were not careful with my things nor tried very hard when things didn’t fit in the POD. Instead of offering solutions they just gave up. Not impressed at all.
There was not an inch of space left to spare in your pod. We packed it completely full as requested. We are sorry that we were not able to fit all of your furniture in one pod and we are sorry to hear you were unsatisfied.
