Matt and his team were outstanding and securely packed our entire 2 BR house into a single Uhaul for a cross-country move. They were attentive and respectful, extremely diligent and worked fast. It’s clear that they know how to treat various items for the most efficient arrangement and to minimize damage during transit. They did show up on time and worked hard to get the job done. But neither mover wore a mask and one had major attitude problem. I asked them to put the beds together first so they could fill in the space with boxes. They refused and then piled boxes 4-5high and stacked three on top of an antique table breaking the trim and knocking off veneerI expect to be compensated for this

Our overall experience with Cosmic was very good. They were on time and ready to go the day of the move. It was obvious that they had a lot of experience and knew how to handle moving big items without damaging. They were very supportive, willing to help at all times and had really good attitudes about doing the work. Cosmic was extremely efficient and productive. Additionally, they were willing to go “over and above” to make sure we were happy and the job was totally completed. Highly recommended!
