I would definitely recommend Levi and Chico from Mindful Movers of inland empire. They arrived early and got started working; very polite and professional and discussed the packing and organizing with us. We really felt they cared about our things.

I have used a few movers in the past, but none as disrespectful and unprofessional as Dalton Hanna! I understand that movers jobs sometimes go beyond the allotted time frame, but this guy pushed my time back twice, which caused me to have to reschedule the rental truck twice. Then he tells me it will take them two hours to get to me. Frustrating?! Yes, of course it was, especially when the move was supposed to start at 10:00 a.m. and they weren’t going to end up getting to me until 2:00 p.m.! So I texted him and told him they were killing me with the situation. Dalton Hanna calls me and said, “We’re turning around. This job is canceled! I’m not gonna be cursed at and bullied just to move YOUR stuff!” Then he hung up on me. I never cursed at him, nor did I bully him. He was very unprofessional, disrespectful and very immature for a professional mover. I will never use Hire a Helper again!

Levi and Chico were absolutely amazing! If they had not packed the truck, everything would not have fit….and we were done in a record time of 3 hours! I would recommend them to anyone that needs anything moved or loaded! ??

the guys were WONDERFUL! Our staff workers requested we have them back if need arises for more unloading. They were very prompt in arriving and even finished up earlier. They did a GREAT job and the rates were VERY reasonable. Thank you!

On time. Great communication with us when they had a minor traffic delay. Showed up professionally and both movers were extremely knowledgeable and VERY courteous and friendly. After quickly surveying our move job they started right in. They handled our belongings with care and respect and communicated with us very efficiently.
They packed our Uhaul perfectly and unloaded it with precision. No items were scratched or damaged and they finished perfectly on time. Best movers I have ever had, I will be referring them in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

I am impressed how efficient the two helpers. They were lifting my heavy fridge and the heaviest electric bed my sister had. But yet they were still friendly and happy.
I had one request to removed the old fridge and they were happy to do it.
I really like the way they worked.
Note: the owner called ahead of time to move up the schedule cause something came up. I really appreciate it.
I would hire them again if I need help again.

The guys were prompt and respectful of my property and goods. They did, however, slide a couple of boxes across the top of my dresser. Otherwise, they did a good job. Now, the owner seemed to be afraid that he wouldn't get paid. I had the guys booked for four hours. They finished in under two and the owner called and texted me several times before two hours were up, asking me about the payment. Hireahelper's payment-via-telephone system wasn't working properly so it took a little while to get the funds released from Hireahelper to Mindful Movers.

Showed up late, threatened to cancel the service if we didn’t change the time. When they did show up, they worked at half speed and sloppily packed the belongings into storage. Despite arriving late, the company cut short their service by 45 minutes. DO NOT hire and use another company.
