I’m a bit late to review because personal issues came up!
Rickey and Josh were heroes to me, they got everything moved quickly and with care, but not only that, they were gentlemen and scholars as individuals. They both went above and beyond what they were there to do, and still kept moving things the entire time too. Both Rickey and Josh also brightened my day and made moving my stuff to storage pretty much effortless. I would absolutely work with Logan Lift Express again and I can’t recommend them more. Rickey and Josh are outstanding guys and they gave me advice and encouragement that I really needed too.Thank you all so much.

My unloaders were outstanding. They went above and beyond helping with getting the moving truck in place and were expedient with their unloading. They arrived exactly on time which was appreciated.

This is an untrustworthy company. I put my valuables in my bathroom and asked the movers not to enter. There was a public bathroom on the ground floor that I offered them to use and they said OK. Then I went down to wait with my belongings that they had left outside the truck, and when they finally came back down 20 minutes later, I went upstairs to grab a few things. I immediately went in my bathroom and noticed the toilet running, the smell of poop, specks of dirt on the otherwise clean toilet seat, and my belongings were moved. I had a bowl of knickknacks (that had cash in it) all moved around, with the contents that were on the bottom previously, suddenly now on top. There was a $20 bill on top that I know for a fact is gone because I put it there that morning. The rest of the cash (I’m not sure how much) was also gone. Logan Lift Express said they would help resolve the issue but now won’t answer my calls. Horrible customer service, and horrible violation of privacy.

I had such a great experience with this moving crew! They worked faster than I expected, handled everything with care, and made the whole process stress-free. On top of being efficient, they were extremely nice and professional the entire time. Moving can be overwhelming, but they truly made it smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
