Charles and Fernando did great work with loading my POD with care and efficiency. They handled my furniture and fragile items with attention to details securing everything tightly for transport, they were professional courteous and clearly experienced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable loading services!

They were on time. Polite and worked hard. Sometimes careless with our furniture. Didn’t always wrap furniture and just put it in the pod. Had to remind them several times. I had to supply tools as simple as a screwdriver /dollies that according to the contract they are required to have. The part that bothers us most I offered to rent a dolly for 2 heavier cabinets to make it easier and safer to protect our furniture they refused Well as they were carrying the heavier cabinet they dropped it on the one stair that they needed to step on they broke off part of the thread on the step. They took a picture and kept working. I called the company spoke with (Shey) she wanted pictures. I send pictures and never heard from her again. So I had to hire a contractor to fix the tread so I could close on our home it cost me $350 in addition to the overall cost.
Just be cautious and observant while they work. They will drop boxes and just keep working regardless of what could have broken. I understand it’s a difficult job but there needs to be some accountability for there carelessness

They did an amazing job. We had a 16 ft truck that was filled completely . Had a huge dresser and heavy couch tons of boxes and furniture. They arrived at 4:15 and finished at like 5:45. Took less than 2 hours to unpack. They were efficient, kind, and would definitely hire again!
