Euphoria Moving Co did not seem like professional movers. They did not know how to unhook a washer and dryer, so it went in last, which made things not almost fit. I paid for plastic wrapping, but they did not bring it, which caused them to break a door on my TV cabinet. They did work hard, but it was hard watching them take stuff down stairs. Lastly, they broke a stone bar top that was handmade. I would not use them again.

Sebastian and Eric did a great job! They were on time and very helpful through the whole process. We had a water pipe break, and had to move everything out of several rooms to do repairs. They helped us pack and move boxes and boxes of stuff. They were very patient with us during this very stressful time. I would definitely use they again!

The guys were on time, worked fast, and efficiently loaded the trucks like seasoned professionals. Their tragic flaw is scraping up the hardwood floors. In fact, two of the said scratches are severe enough to jeopardize any security deposit.

A friendly professional experience with a consistent line of communication between the customer and the crew members.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We'd prefer the customer clean the space being moved. If the customer is packing their belongings, please label according to what items and where (e.g. what room) you'd like them moved.
What types of moves have you handled?
long distance, across the country (from Austin to Chicago, etc.), office moves, local, small moves, rearrange, multi-day moves (e.g. homes over 5,000 sq ft.)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the euphoria on a customer's face after we've completed a move or job in a timely and efficient manner. There's no better feeling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train crew members on proper lifting, packing and customer service techniques.

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
