They were not the best at loading and securing the goods. It was adequate and we did not sustain any damage.

They were well worth every bit paid. They communicated their arrive eta prior to their arrival so I knew exactly what to expect. On site they were professional, polite, but friendly, and went above and beyond helping me tape a few boxes I didn't quite have ready. They were careful with my fragile packages and used protection separation on to transport my wooden items to the container. The final result was a tightly packed container with items arranged optimally to make use of the space while protecting the contents from potential damage from shifting while in transport. I highly recommend!!!
