Overall it we had an okay experience. They did a great job moving our furniture out of the apartment. But then for some reason moving our stuff in to the next place took over twice as long, during which they didn't bring anything up to the apartment for 45 minutes. I'm not sure what happened, but it caused us to pay for an hour more than planned. Some pieces got roughed up a little, but not much beyond what I'd unfortunately expect from a move.

The guys from MoveMasters were wonderful! They arrived early, were completely prepared, and quickly got to work. Even though there were only 2 of them, they had all of my stuff safely moved from 1 unit/floor to another in an hour. They were both friendly, understanding, and focused. This is our second time hiring MOVEMASTERS, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
They were easy to communicate with; they arrived when they said they would. They had appropriate tools to do all the tasks we asked of them. They were friendly and funny. I estimated the job would take a couple of hours, maybe more, and they got everything done in about 45 minutes.

Jay, Ray, and Martel just left our house after working 2.5 hours in heat and humidity. Never complained! Awesome workers! They were very respectful and polite. We had some difficult pieces to work with and tricky stairs -they never gave up until they figured out how to get the furniture in! We will recommend them to anyone we know needing movers. The guys arrived on the early side of their window and were very polite and very hard working. Everything was moved up to the third floor apartment safely and without any problems. I would use them again and the Hire A Helper site was a fantastic resource which made all this so easy!

How this crew has the ratings they have must be a scam. There is no way that they have these reviews legitimately. They arrived an hour late. They moved like they were out for a Sunday walk in park. They packed the truck horrible. They took a one hour lunch break that we bought and they still charged me. The move in, with same furniture took 4.5 hours and the guys assembled two bedrooms and a dining room. This move that was all done except for disassembling the two beds and we already had all furniture shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped. Except the few item concerning beds. I am coming off two big surgeries and am in a cast from second one that I can not put any weight on. So I could not watch these guys. Find out that my wife asked them to shrink wrap a few items and they replied that they would do it downstairs, she gave them the a roll of shrink wrap and tape which they threw in the the corner of the hallway, ( Which we found after they left) When they got downstairs, I was at truck and missed a lot because of my condition. After 7 hours, My wife was upstairs cleaning the apartment, my son went to move his car and they came down to the truck ( We lived in a high rise) The elevator was locked off for their use only. They came with a few items and said it was all done. I believed them and because it had taken 7 Hrs to do what the move in team did in 4.5 hours. I had told them I would take care of them I gave them a $60.00 dollar tip and my son spent $50.00 on their lunch. These guys are the laziest moving crew I have ever worked with. I will be contacting hire a helper and demanding some money back. If that doesn’t work I will contact my credit card company. Both places will see the pictures of how they left hallways, elevator and downstairs. They left so much to do that we had the two guys that work in the building help us for over an hour. Of course I had to pay them $20.00 apiece. They left so fast they even left two of their moving racks. My son knows I was taking pain medication and was a little out of it and thinks they may have taken some items. That is why they may have left so fast. We have just arrived in Boynton Beach Florida and am moving Into our apartment here Tomorrow morning. That is when we will find out how they packed the truck and if anything is missing. Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.

We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
