The movers came on time There were three gentlemen they made quick work of emptying our storage unit and they were very efficient. I felt they were professional, and I enjoyed working with them.

They were very slow workers. Several times I came into the house and saw them sitting at the kitchen table texting on their phones. When we got to the new house they left most of our belongings in a pile in the living room, not putting them in the proper rooms. To top it off they broke our television set.

To clarify the concerns you are claiming, the guys were not moving slow intentially/being lazy, it takes time to wrap items and also it took them longer maneuvering around the home because there was animal feces on the floor all around the home that they had to avoid stepping in. You had more things to move than originally mentioned and a situation that was never mentioned to us. We even had an additional guy there for half of your move to try and get more done and did not charge you for that. For the television, the tv was unpacked, not wrapped or protected it any way. The tv was on the floor, and there were dogs in the home, one in particular that was plowing through the home upon our arrival, knocking into things which very well could have caused damage to the television. We padded it with blankets and had it placed on the truck between mattresses, leaving no room for the item to have been damaged in our possession. We spoke with you at the end of the move and asked you how the move was, and you said the move went great. We asked you if everything was put in place, and you said there were a few things in the living room, but you told the guys to leave it, and you and your son would take care of it. We asked if you were sure and said that's what the guys were there for, and you said it was fine and would take care of it because you did not want to exceed the time you booked.

They really helped me out and it was so cold. The only thing that bothered me a little was that when I got home my flat screen tv was left in my living room.

They showed up on time when I had them move a 600 pound new hot tub that was only delivered to my driveway. I needed it brought around back using my own pick up truck but didn't have the man power. They had 4 guys load into truck very carefully and held while I drove it around back to it final location and they carefully and safely unloaded into place. Other movers I called wouldn't even do it so I was very happy with them.
