Considering the circumstances: They sent the original work order to the truck company instead of the new one ordered 3 weeks ahead of the move, which moved the start time from 10-11:00 am to 1:30. The two guys they sent worked very hard continuously and were very polite.

As a result of the "too small truck", we had to make several trips with a pickup over the weekend to get the rest of my stuff out of the apartment. And I was shocked that they were only supplied with very small handtrucks. Not sure I would recommend based on what I experienced.

They were a little slow I had taken some trips with my truck and moved them myself I had to have them just leave most of my stuff on the first floor because I was afraid the truck wouldn't get emptied. So now we have everything to take upstairs on our own.

Mover's response:

Holli, the guys did the best they could given the challenges they were faced with once they arrived at your home. The first challenge they had to take on was that you had a full 28' trailer (not a truck) and only reserved 2 guys for 3 hours. The second challenge that was faced was the trailer was parked down the street and across the street. Therefore, the guys had to walk each and every item that entire distance including up the driveway. You also had several cats that were running around the entire home, making it more difficult as they were in the way and also because the guys had to shut the doors behind them in order to keep your cats from running out. Lastly, the items you moved in the home prior to the guys arrival, were placed all over the home, not organized. Being that that was the case, when the guys would bring items in and you would tell them a certain place to put things, there were already items in that area. With that being the case, they then had to move all of the items in the way to a different location that you instructed before being able to place the items where they could go. To claim the guys were just moving slow is a stretch, the guys were actually running when possible in order to try and keep you within pre-booked time, which was underestimated to begin with.

Respectful of my belongings and the landlords house, not to mention when we arrived at my new home it was straight back to business and respect for my house.
