So I am not sure if Brett is unfamiliar with the moving process or not but instead of placing the bigger items and then the smaller items around them he put the pullout sofa until the end. His communication was great throughout the process but his actual skills lacked. He kept asking me what was going on the truck when I told him it was everything except the stove and refrigerator. When he thought he couldn't get the couch on the 16 foot truck he offered to put it on the back of his pickup truck again asking me if it was important that it goes. He was made aware that I was moving out of state so the fact that he kept asking me if things were important and needed to go on the truck was off-putting. The worse part is my microwave was placed on top of my plant which did severe damage to the plant and I'm pretty sure he killed it. The service was pre-booked for 3 hours but they only used 2 and when I inquired about only paying for the work they did he let me know that he typically doesn't do refunds but that he would make an exception. At the end of the job he let me know that he had other engagements planned and was in a rush. Things get damaged during a move so I am not too bothered by that but I believe if he had done a better job at packing that I wouldn't have gotten as many damages as I did. I do not recommend him for a larger job but if you have small items to move he would probably do better. For reference I moved out of a 2 bed one bath apartment into a 16 foot truck so there was plenty of room even though I have a lot of stuff. Totally disappointed with this move.

Upon arrival, there were many small items, and we tried to ensure that each item was placed safely into the truck. Moving blankets had not been requested or provided so we did the best we could to ensure that everything was packed safely. Based on the original booking, Prestige Movers blocked off those hours for your move and did not accept other jobs during that time. We refunded your one hour of unused time, but we also lost money from your move since we were unable to book another move during the time you did not use. We at Prestige Movers are sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience, and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We always strive to do our best in what we do.

Awesome job! They were a little late due to other job but went above and beyond to provide the service. They took care of my furniture, fragile items, etc. and worked extremely hard loading the moving truck. Blake was very organized, driven, and motivated to help provide the best service and do everything in his power to load all my stuff onto the giant moving truck. I would highly recommend him and his team!

This was the best move ever. We hired a 4 man team for 2 hours. It was a hot day, 92 outside. We were in a 3rd floor apartment. These guys were phenomenal. The worked very hard and efficient. They weren’t taking 1000 breaks and wasting time. They finished our 3 bedroom apartment including appliances in 90 minutes. I am hiring them again for our storage unit more out. And would recommend them to everyone.

Blake and his business partner showed up to the job site on time and ready to work. We did a walkthrough of the house to confirm all of the items that were being loaded into the U-Haul truck.
The guys wasted no time and worked hard to load everything correctly and in a timely manner. They were finished with the job in about one hour. There was no damage to any of my property when I unloaded the truck the next day.
Prestige Movers did an excellent job of loading up my U-Haul, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a helping hand with moving labor.
