We received clearly superior service from two very polite young men who worked hard, fast and cheerfully in high heat and humidity. EVERYTHING went neatly where it was supposed to go, in far less time than we imagined.

I underestimated the time it would take to move and the guys stuck with us to the end. They were careful with out things. I just finished unpacking the kitchen and there was no breakage. They were on time and prepared to work. They worked hard. I'd use them again. Though I'm hoping to never move again. Moving 2100 sq ft plus the storage room took 10 hours.

Here's why SmartMove is the best: they do a great job. I had them both help me move in & eventually move out of my apartment. Both times they were super friendly & careful with everything. They also were very hard, honest workers that took pride in what they did.
To give you an example of these guys packing skills: When I left to move across the country, I hired them to help pack my moving container. I had most everything boxed up & ready to go when they arrived (on time). They were able to load all of my stuff into the container, use exactly one ratchet strap (and that was only because we ran out of stuff to load), and finished early. Upon receiving my container at the other end of my move I noticed that there was no shifting whatsoever of anything that SmartMove packed. Very impressive.
True, they may not have uniforms. And they may show up in a random unmarked car or truck. And they may or may not have tattoos in visible areas. But, they are great experienced professionals that do a great job. You really can't beat them in my opinion...

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!

Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
