Very courteous and patient.
Everything was handled with the utmost care. Boxes are carried carefully and stacked with care. Furniture was wrapped especially when it needed to be brought up stairs (which was virtually all of the furniture).
Would highly recommend for anyone that needs to transport as much as a 26' truck load.

Service took longer than quoted... out of the 3 guys, only 1 of them looked like he was working hard (the other 2 complained about each other not working hard)... they were tasked with assembling the furniture as part of the quote, but then once on site told me they don't do IKEA furniture... I told them not to bother with the furniture assembly because it was taking too long. Then at the very end, their "head office" said "Oh, we forgot that the address you gave us has a long carry fee"... when I replied "so what are you saying? You want to charge me for 5 total hours [instead of the 3 hour quoted] plus an additional long carry fee?" the "head office guy" replied that he would only charge for for 5 total hours. But then the quote was not for 5 hours it also included the transportation fee AND the truck fee. So lack of communication + poor service + inaccurate quote + incomplete job = never recommending to anyone. I don't mind paying extra fees, but the quote was way off and then there were plenty of opportunities to do better. I even bought them coffee and gave them my leftover moving supplies, which were not cheap - you would think they would have been motivated to help me out, but clearly not.

Anthony, Wes and Damon from Goodlife Movers were easily the best movers we have ever had. They loaded our PODs quickly and highly efficiently. In addition, they were extraordinarily careful in moving large and heavy items out of the house and into the PODS to avoid damaging them or our property. What more could anyone ask for. Worth every penny. I wish all movers were this good!

I booked quite late through HireaHelper. Because of this the timeslots were apparently messed up and they did not send out a crew until 3 hours after our scheduled time. Luckily, hireahelper has a late policy that refunds 5% per hour, so overall I think I got a good deal for the services rendered even though they were late. The people that came were very friendly and professional, and got my stuff done an hour early. This company is also pretty legit as they have liability insurance and uniformed crewmembers. My apartment had strict move-out policies were everyone moving out had to use a moving company with liability insurance, so overall they provided a good price for the move while doing a professional job.
