Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. If you choose not to have the moving company pack for you, follow these helpful tips: - Pack books and heavy objects in smaller boxes for easier lifting, while placing lightweight/bulky items in larger boxes. - Use wardrobe boxes for packing clothes, allowing you to hang garments easily. - Opt for uniform box sizes to facilitate stacking on the moving truck. - Fill boxes completely to prevent collapsing when stacked, and avoid packing fragile items too tightly to prevent breakage. - Seal boxes thoroughly with packing tape on both the bottom and top to secure items. - Mark boxes with content details, destination room, fragility, needed timing, and other relevant information. - Wrap small or fragile items individually to prevent damage or loss. - Ensure easy access to items you'll need immediately upon arriving at your new home, as the last boxes loaded are usually the first to be unloaded. - Create an inventory list to help both you and the moving crew identify items efficiently. - Whenever possible, repack items using their original boxes and packing materials, especially for electronics. - Certain items, such as money, securities, valuable papers, and jewelry, should be personally packed due to their importance and are at your own risk. - Movers will not handle flammable items like aerosol cans, paints, gasoline, oils, etc.

The movers themselves (Kevin and Shak) were great...worked hard, moved fast. This was a 3-part move -- unloading a storage unit, stopping at a house for a bedroom set, and then all of it up to a 2nd floor condo -- and they got it done in 3 hours. I can't give Little Justins 5 stars because of something really simple but really irritating: When we got to the house where the bedroom set was, that's when Kevin and Shak told me that they had no plastic wrap because "it's on back order." OK, so maybe it's on back order for Little Justins Moving, but you can buy that stuff elsewhere. They even sell it at my storage facility, where the move began. Instead my fairly new, very white bedroom furniture went on the truck just draped in blankets, got dirty fingerprints on it, and the drawers slid open and closed while the items were being carried, particularly up the stairs. Getting some plastic wrap on their own for a customer seems like a no-brainer for a professional moving company.

These guys were amazing!!! I booked them for 2 hours but the move only required an hour. They told me I still had them for another hour and asked what they could do to help me set up my apartment! So helpful and flexible- I would reccomend them to anyone looking for good, reliable help.

These guys filled in at the last minute when another company cancelled the day before. They brought an extra helper for free. They were on time, courteous, and took extra special care of my things during inclement weather. I would recommend them highly.

Matt and Shak called a few minutes before they arrived at 9:00 am, their scheduled time. They were ready to get to work and did they ever work! It was one hot and steamy day. They worked together very well. Very cautious with everything they moved, no damage to anything. I had a few very large and heavy items and one even took some re-arranging to the moving truck. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Matt and Shak!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
