Two guys showed up on time. The more experienced took control of the packing and two hours later, the uhaul was packed to within inches of the roll up door. All contents showed up at the destination 3 hours later in perfect condition.
Everyone was courteous, respectful and hardworking.

I contracted for this service on February 25th to be implemented the morning of the 16th. I contracted for two hours. When I went onto the site, it said that they would guarantee at least one additional hour over the contracted time.
When after two hours the job was not complete, I asked for another hour. The owner of the company said that he'd gotten another job that morning and needed the crew to head that way. The guys were at my old apartment and I had the garage door open for them to load. When I came back downstairs, they were gone. The owner said he had to make sure the new customers--who signed up that morning--were happy with the service they received. I guess my happiness was not important because I was not happy. He sent a new person over later, which caused me to have to stop what I was doing and disrupt my work day to go meet a new person. One of his crew members also managed to put a dent in my newly painted wall.
Overall, I was NOT SATISIFIED!

There is nothing wrong with a worker trying to hussle the work quickly but within the first 5 minutes of being there, one of the two helpers decided to try to carry in a large, heavy, awkward TV stand for a Large screen TV. It is made of Glass and metal. When he attempted to go through the front doorway he hit my brand new metal front door (it's a brand new house) and chipped the paint and dented the door. One of the parties that has been assisting me with moving was right there and witnessed him do this. When she told him what he had just done he absolutely denied it and then when she said "I watched you do it", he (in a loud voice) said "Oh my God". The other helper (the lead helper) then told my friend, "I'm sorry that happened. Do you have some touch up paint?" However, we didn't have any touch up paint so it didn't get repaired. Instead of stacking boxes and totes in my storage shed in the backyard, they just stuck them in there any old way and now I am going to have to remove all of the contents and rearrange the items so that I have enough room for a lawn mower.

Just Hands Cleaning and Full Service Moving, did a fantastic job for us. We had a 2400 sq foot house plus a guest house and garage and they worked from 10am to 5pm with one lunch break and they were smiling and happy to work the entire day. What a great bunch of guys, I would highly recommend them and would hire them again.

Kesha and Tony did a fabulous job. We were clearing out the upstairs and bringing boxes and furniture to the first floor and a dumpster. They worked from the time they arrived until the scheduled end time. Pleasant couple and very hard workers. I would hire them again and recommend them highly!!
