The persons we picked were great. The huge problem was this broker ended up getting us 2 companies who showed up and we ended up paying both of them. Not good. It was to confusing. Couldn’t understand the person on the phone and she kept wanting to cancel people but never told us who was coming and who to expect. Hated the process!
Guys were right on time and worked every minute of our 2 hours to get everything up to a second floor loft! Both were very courteous and professional!

The men that unloaded my truck were on time and very quickly got the job completed. I was very pleased with the service that I was given through this company.
They were not here at the scheduled time. They did call and rescheduled for several hours later. At the scheduled time it was raining very hard, I was not upset that they were coming later. When they arrived, they worked hard and fast and were conscientious of treatment and placement of items removed from the POD. I would recommend them to friends and family needing furniture moved.
This group was amazing! They were on time, prepared, and went above and beyond to help me. They were very respectful, professional and took care not to damage anything. I’m addition to that, they were nice, good people. I was extremely impressed, highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.
