Joanna's guy were great! I explained what needed done and they took care of everything. I had to leave for some time and when I returned they were almost complete. They obviously work smoothly and efficiently. The Pod I had rented was packed well and everything was well organized. I will definitely use them again! Thank you so much. It is nice to have someone you can count on!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Hard workers and finished the job ahead of time. They were on time and ready to work with their dolly and stretch wrap. Answered all my questions. Handled all my personal property as if they were packing to move. I would definitely recommend them for any packing/moving jobs.

Working with Joanna through a scheduling issue went very well - she was concerned and very helpful. I had two containers to unpack, on two different days, using the same two workers. They were excellent - cheerful, helpful, efficient and got the job done in almost exactly the time allotted. I would definitely use them again.

One out of the two movers I had didn't show which meant I had to do most of the work. They only took approximately $35 off my bill even though I was forced to actually do the work. Would not recommend this company to anyone based on the way they handled the problem.

They were on time and ready to work. They work hard and fast and very careful with the stuff. I would use them again. I have used hire a helper 4 times now and have been pleased with them all. Also I have been using the Pack Rat Pods the last 4 times and works out perfect for me.

Good job. Timely report to do job. A little more experience with various types of furniture being moved, should help increase their time efficiency. Spent over 40 minutes discussing on how to properly move a heavy dresser.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
