This company did my former move in and recent move out and they don’t be playing. They come a few minutes in advance and take care of the job…All they need you to do as the resident is to move out of the way and tell them how you want your items. Besides that, relax while they take care of the heavy work:)

I don’t know we’re you got A1 Quality Movers from but they stole all my things including my brother death certificate and all the things that was left for me things that took me 5 years to save to start a new life in my first new home I bought everything is gone because people who work if they actually did work for this company to f——-ing lazy to get a real job sold everything I had and my brother death certificate how low can you go

They arrived on time. They got the job done in a timely manner. Communication between workers could be better. All workers seemed very nice.

Oh my god this crew where the laziest an out of clue of what they are doing.
First of all the came in the morning with three guys an they complain about the size of the the job then their leader disappeared for like 30m an when I call him he said he is two minutes away then he cam with another guy an he left.
An hour in to the job the kids he Anthony bring to do the job starting to complain an why Anthony left them an he never showed up until the end.But this guys I shld say this kids with no idea of what they are doing keep on disappear an taking mad long smoke break making the unload take longer an at then Anthony came an said I have to pay them an extra $210 for the extra hour which I did.
They where horrible movers.

Please dont hire us if you want to control the speed of a job because safe and quality is our goal. This guy that hired is to help him unload was out of control didnt speak USA good to understand but he smart
16k unloaded in 4 hours pretty good for local movers was good
Job detail 45 feet walk to storage house
Driver needed to shuttle the move but didnt. He also drived parking the 18 feet trailer in the drive was but couldnt get the truck in the drive way which cause him to park on a 1 way street causing heavy traffic blockage. Extremely unprofessional for 18wheeler drivers. The $210 was a tip that his customers gave to tip all 3 of us. We had to add worker cause the unprofessional pack these guys done.
This driver complained about getting to his next job. Worker injury him leg on the walk borad.1 worker daughter hospitalized and had to leave. My guys unload 16k marker in the truck read 3200 when unload mark. We aplogize to our future customers. This was not a proper job for just 3 helper. We unload 16k within 5 hours
Walk 45 yards to stoarge house
Items had going extra 10 yard to the house with stairs
Then return to truck 55 to 60 yard walk. We done a great job sorry you write our first 1 star review. We appreciate your business we got paid the customer tiped us but you paid us out the tip move very unprofessional in the moving business.
