What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
