Not only was the crew early, they quickly assessed our situation and had a packing plan within minutes. Once started, their efficiency was legendary and I couldn't believe how quickly our 2 pods were packed. Upon completion, I was able to really take a look at their work and was very impressed. The expertise they demonstrated in making sure every piece of our was protected and secured was something to behold. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing service! Communication before the move was perfect. The guys showed up exactly at 8 AM. They loaded everything with care and were so hard working. They even did additional stuff like bringing existing furniture upstairs. Built our couch for us. Very friendly and courteous. Incredibly affordable, less than half of what Gentle Giant movers quoted me for. Will use again!

Otto’s Moving and Storage was fantastic! We hired two movers to help us for two hours. We thought that they would at least have time to bring down our heavy furniture, and any extra boxes they had time to help us with would be a bonus. They were so quick and efficient that they had time to move all of our stuff down in two hours! Additionally, they were 15 minutes early and were great about properly wearing their masks in our house. I could not be happier with the job they did!

They were on time at both the load location and the drop off location. I had about 1.5 rooms worth of stuff to move including kitchen table, sofa, recliner, bed, and several totes. No waiting. No damage. Very efficient.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
As soon as we got the email from the customer we call to discuss the move, get all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Call 30 minutes before we get on site, show up on time, clean and uninformed, introduce ourself to the customer, go thru everything on the site to make sure we know what we have to move, find the best way to the truck/container and start loading/unloading, pay attention, communicate, team work dream work
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer has to make sure that the crew has parking for the truck, give direction on what we have to move and what not, label all boxes, use the right boxes for the right items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local and long distance move (48 states). Licensed and insured. Commercial and rezindetial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Every day is different, different challenges, driving trucks, meet new people every day, see new places everyday.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Every month we do training, loading/unloading trucks, and containers, packing boxes.
