The guys that came to load our Pods- Diego and Samir were amazing. They worked so hard on a very hot day! I was totally impressed with the job they did! Plus they got everything in the one big and one small pod that we ordered! I hope whoever comes on the other end clear across the country are as good!

They need to bring rope and a stool. The customer needs to be informed ahead of time that cash tips are greatly appreciated. I was not prepared but felt they deserved a tip. Luckily, we had some cash on hand. The customer also needs to be informed that packing blankets are needed.
