Great experience! We had a 2100, 4 bedroom house to load onto a 26 foot truck. They worked hard to get the job done ! Steve was great at getting all of the pieces, furniture and boxes to fit perfectly. The other workers worked very hard bringing all of the furniture and equipment out of the house . We would highly recommend!

I will say the owner was a very nice man. However, I did not get what I paid for at all, and was treated horribly by his wife thereafter. I'll start at the beginning: I scheduled this company to move very specific items - I listed them out during filling out the application. After the items were moved, i requested help packing to complete the two hour window. The company called me and I talked to both the owner and his wife. I explained my predicament in detail to both and they understood. 1) I am disabled with a plethora of health issues and packing is very difficult for me. It literally leaves me paralyzed for several hours. My move out was sudden, so I wasn't packed much at all and was panicking about getting everything packed up. 2) My father has back problems and I wanted to surprise him with birthday money I received from my brother to load up the list of heavy things I detailed in the application, for him so he wouldn't have to worry about it. 3) I explained this to the company, without telling them about my own disability. On the day of the scheduled visit, the company cancelled due to an employee emergency. I was completely fine with that. I totally understand things that pop up that need your immediate assistance. We rescheduled for the following day, and the owner was very polite. The second day, no one called me to confirm or tell me when they would be there, so I texted them at 4 and asked if they were coming today. I received a text saying, yes, they would be there at 4:45. Great. They arrived, and asked where to start and I pointed out the big things we had discussed and asked if his wife was around to help pack. He said yes. She never came. I never laid on eyes on her. Instead, they brought two additional men - three in total - to load up the POD. That isn't what I ordered or asked for. I asked for help moving 7 items and then help packing. I felt a little strange about asking where the wife was, after I had already asked if she was here and was going to help my mom and I pack, so we just continued packing and they just continued moving things. Well they ended up moving much more than the original 7 items, however, they did not offer to help pack at all. I understand that was a benefit, but that's like me going to Amazon and ordering something, yet Amazon sending something else of "equal value" and expecting that to be fine with me. My mom and I felt very weird about the situation, so we just kept packing and we thought after they moved everything they would offer to help us pack. So an hour later, they are done and they approach us and ask if there is anything else, and we tell them, there is a lot of packing left to do however they did not offer us help packing. Instead they left! After ONE HOUR. After I paid for TWO HOURS. I was in shock, my mom was in shock, we didn't know what to do. So I tipped the man - and away they went at 5:55pm. One hour and ten minute after they arrived. I was upset, but I didn't want to cause a scene, so I continued my packing. My father stopped by the apartment not too long after and I explained to him my surprise, and he went to check the POD and become irate. The way they packed the POD was by throwing everything in there. Most of my valuables are definitely broken. They didn't tie down anything, they just loaded it up all on top of each other with little to no method or strategic thinking. So my father had to redo it. The surprise I used my birthday money for ending up taking more time, energy and exacerbating health problems for both us than I ever thought would be possible. My dad called the company and asked them to please come back and tie everything up and they hung up on him twice. They then called back later that night and the wife agreed to come Friday to help me tie it all off, but I never heard from anyone at the company again. Immediately after they left and my dad came, I called the the website I used to book the service and told them all of this and they were shocked, but said, "since they offered you another person in place of another hour there is little I can do ". Well again, I didn't order three people. I ordered two people, for two hours for help moving SEVEN things and help packing for very specific, health related reason. Again, I can't order something from amazon and receive another package of equal value and expect to just "live with it". I had people coming to help me move boxes when they were packed, I didn't need help moving boxes, I needed help PACKING the boxes and bc of that I have been unable to walk for several days, and have been in excruciating pain from my health flare ups. So thank you for not only wasting my money - which I don't have much of - but also making me feel like I couldn't express myself to you in person when I did ask if someone was there to help me pack and then leaving an hour early all while telling me to "click here so we can get paid" and discussing the appropriate tip to give them. It was overwhelming, it was disheartening, and I feel like I was taken advantage of and I feel really upset about it.

For the most part, they dida great job. We were disappointed that they arrived 45 minutes late. We called them after 20 minutes they said they were running late. They worked quickly once they started. They packed our 16' pack rat in 2 hours and 15 minutes with three men. We did notice after they had left that there was space behind our mattress for more boxes though.

They were on time, respectful of my property, and came last minute when I needed them. I hired them to unload a truck for me. They had a hand truck with them when they came. Didn't waste any time, they got to work soon as they got here.
