Because the workers were held up on an earlier job, they were later than my appointment. BUT they made up for it by sending extra helpers. They were finished loading for me in less than an hour. They were very polite, and very careful with our furniture. I would definitely use them again.

Great job! Super packing job. They got it all in. It was organized and a perfect fit. The weather was in the mid 90's and they kept at it. They were all very respectful and prepared to work hard. I would hire them again in a minute.

They were on time and worked until the job was done. They made sure the pack rat containers were evenly distributed and tightly packed with furniture. They were very courteous and helpful with anything we needed done for the move.

The two gentleman who came to my apartment were running behind schedule, but they called 15 minutes before their original arrival time to say that they would be arriving late. Delays happen, and it was quite professional of them to have the foresight to call me. They went straight to work as soon as they arrived. They looked at the storage POD, and all my stuff and confirmed it would fit. They tackled the sleeper sofa first and had a dolly to help them move it. They worked really fast, but not rough. They did an expert job packing the POD and using the straps I had to secure everything. I wouldn't have been able to pack the thing nearly as efficiently, so I was glad they were there. Without any hesitation I would use them again.

I booked A Touch Above Moving 3 weeks before my scheduled move date. We informed them that the move was to a 3rd floor apartment and the furniture was heavy. As the truck was headed north we received a call asking if we could move our time to a later time that day. This change didn’t fit our time schedule for the move. We were informed she would call their backup crew to handle the unloading of the truck. RED FLAG. Does this mean there was another booking after ours that was more lucrative. We will never know for sure, but the A Team was sent to the other job. At the appointed time 3 movers arrived. After unloading the washer and dryer two of the movers took a smoke break. Okay it was a hot day in June and we did have water and Powerade. A desk is the next piece to the third floor. Two of the movers walked, never to be seen again.
Two hours later a backup arrived. Fours hours after our start time, we were in the apartment. Thanks to the hard work of Johnny who stuck it out from the beginning and Devin who came in as the backup late in the game. However, a family member had to pitch in to help as the 3rd crew member. This was not in the plan and one of the main reasons we hired movers.
We were charged the two hours of the original agreement. My family was not compensated for helping. Did a more lucrative job come in after my job was accepted? Don’t know. What I do know is they do not have enough competent and dependable movers to handle more than one job a day. I do not recommend using A Touch Above Moving since you can not be guaranteed the customer always comes first. If you do use A Touch Above Moving be flexible with your time.
