The movers were very nice and patient as I tried to figure out where I wanted everything. They called early in the morning to adjust the time which actually worked out even better for me! They worked hard and took care of everything very efficiently!

Steve and Tony arrived on time and prepared to work. They did an outstanding job taking great care in handling our possessions. Both men were very polite to my wife and me. I would most definitely recommend this company and if we ever had to move again I would call them for assistance.

I didn't book enough hours for my move. They graciously stayed an additional 6 hrs and returned the next day for 4 more. They also helped me through a mix up at the storage facility. I appreciated how they went above and beyond. They chose a great name.

Of the providers on hireahelper, A Touch Above is a little more expensive than some of the others, but I selected them because they have uniforms, are licensed and carry workman's comp - all the trappings of an actual business. I had already packed and staged most things to go. I hired them to help only with the heavy items I could not carry myself. Based on my experience with other movers, I figured on 3 hrs. for that project. They moved everything they could get their hands on, and had the Uhaul filled and unloaded in less than 3 hrs. (I was only moving 10 min. down the road.)
The entire crew was very professional, and represented well. I felt they were treating my items as they would treat their own. These guys were a delight to work with, and I very, very, very highly recommend them.

A Touch Above is the WORSE service. They loaded our furniture into PODS and did not use any of the moving blankets we provided. We had wrapped our furniture and provided numerous blankets and foam to protect our furniture. Instead, A Touch Above, cramped all our furniture into the PODS, crushed chairs, scratch very expensive hard wood pieces. There is not one piece of furniture that was not damaged. The moving company they moved us into our new home was appalled by the packing job done by A Touch Above.
To add insult to the damage, they now refuse to answer our calls or emails. It has been a horrible experience and Hireahelper has been no assistance.
I'm devastated by the damage and the uncaring and unconcerned attitude by both A Touch Above and HireAHelper. What ever happened to customer service?

This company did a great job. They packed all my stuff in the truck for me and worked hard the whole time. They showed up on time and brought all the tools we needed.

We were moving into a new house and had everything and everyone lined up to help us and a sudden family emergency changed those plans. So in a state of panic I turned to the internet hoping to be able to find someone to help me. I made my request on Friday for help on Saturday and they assured me it would be no problem. The 2 men showed up right on time, assessed the situation and then went straight to work. I don't know how long it would have taken me to get the truck unloaded how they not shown up. Thanks Touch Above Moving you saved my life.
