Chris and his helper showed up on time. I was moving from a 1250 sq. ft. town home into a storage pod. I paid for three hours and they were done in 2 1/2. Even though you don't get a refund for the 1/2 hour not used, it was Totally Worth the Price and of course they didn't mind receiving a tip as well. They had to move at least a Dozen items that were really heavy and/or fragile down four flights of stairs along with at least 150/200 boxes and smaller items. I was skeptical that everything would fit into my 8x8x16 pod, but they proved me wrong by making it all fit. I plan on using them again and telling everyone I know about them. Very fast and get the job done. Thank-you Chris! : )
