The two men who were hired to help load the truck were scheduled to arrive between 9&10am. They arrived @ 10:20am. - 20 mins late. Due to time constraints, I hired a 3rd person to start loading the truck - he arrived on time; the truck was already half loaded by the time the 2 Hire A Helper guys arrived. Surprising that the workers from the veteran-owned company were tardy.
This is not what I expected from Stars & Stripes.
Their late arrival cost me more money, to hire another helper.

Milton and Zores (aka Z) were real professional movers. They worked really hard to remove some furniture that was left by the previous owner of my home - as well as to unpack 2 16ft PackRat containers and move the contents into my home. They worked efficiently and guided me in the moving process by asking some great questions. I highly recommend Stars and Stripes. Jon the owner is also terrific, responsive and who doesn’t want to hire veterans when we can! Thanks guys!

These guys were absolutely phenomenal .My boyfriend and I were so pleased with Chris and Ben. They were very congenial and hard working who made our moving episode a lot of fun. and I would like to thank them for their Service in the Military as well.

They, Ben and David, were on time and worked hard for just over an hour. They took care of the heavy stuff I couldn’t handle.
However, they loaded stuff in the back then loaded the fridge at the door. Used rope to keep things from the door. They spread blankets so I couldn’t see the huge void they did not fill.
I’m spending Saturday and Sunday trying to fill that void so that everything won’t fall into the void during transit. I don’t think they did anything wrong in their minds but I will seek other help in the future.
In summary, they did good doing what I couldn’t do but expected more professional and diligent effort for the money. My wife even commented they acted like they were in a hurry to get somewhere else.

Ben and David did an amazing job with helping us unload our 16ft pods container to our second floor unit. They were friendly and displayed great professionalism. Hi, I'm Jon Churchill, the owner, and logistics manager. I will contact you immediately after selecting our services to discuss and assist you through your entire moving endeavor. I will make sure you have everything you need to make your move is as safe, efficeitnt and worry-free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact each client when our crew is in direct route. You can expect to greet our uniformed, background and drug tested crew both fully prepared and punctual. Customer service and moving experience is our specialty, so we are prepared to efficacity solve and all problems.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have loaded/unloaded 1000s of PODS and Packrats. Over the last nearly 10 years we have made 1000s of local, intrastate and Interstate relocations. We make monthly trips from south Florida to New England and back to FL, moving high end antiues, furniture, small shipments, pets (we love your pet like our own), motorcycles and and cars, and since we are already making the tripo, can always help our customer get superior service at the most competitive price
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We take pride in assisting our customers to have a WORRY FREE relocation. Weither its around the corner or around the country, we have the savvy and experience to professionally service all or part of any relocation.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Since Ive personally performed 1000s of moves, I've trained both of our field managers, and nearly every other member of our crew in the processes of pleasing our customers, and care of good. Most of our employees are veterans, so they are thoroughly versed in the principles of integrity, teamwork, attention to detail and superior work effort. Ongoing training ensures all movers are up to date on the latest and best moving equipment and techniques
