The 2 men that came were 20 mins late! They did not have face coverings. They appeared to be drunk or high and did a terrible job unloading. They did not seem to have any moving experience. One of them dropped my crock pot and broke it. The first thing they did when they arrived was use my rest room. I asked if they had been busy and they said no; first job today. These employees should be fired!
I'm very sorry that you were not satisfied with your moving services. Unfortunately, I am not able to validate your account of the events. We were hired for 2 hrs to unload your container and completed the job within the 2 hrs allocated. All of our movers have background checks and are trusted professionals. They let us know that the crock pot in question was on the container unboxed and damaged and they brought it to your attention. Our company operates with integrity and would never send movers to your home without masks or intoxicated. The men that were at your home have garnered many of the positive reviews listed alongside this one. While no one can be perfect all of the time we always admit when we are at fault so that we can learn and bring an improved experience for the next customer.

I had 3 guys- Jordan, Jeremy , and Joel and they did arrive late due to the previous move appointment before me running late, however when they got to my house they were still in good spirits, efficient and got the job done! I actually hired them for 3 hours and didn’t need them that long. I was terrified about my washer and dryer going upstairs and damaging the stairs in our new home but they did a great job! I know hiring movers can be scary but I chose them because of these reviews on hire helper. So for whatever it’s worth take the time and give your reviews after! Would hire them again without hesitating! Very cooperative company if you don’t use anything after 2 hours you’ll get your money back!

After a delay with the time, the three workers did an awesome job. They worked hard; were respectful of our property and goods and I would definitely use them again.
They were definitely prepared for the job and did it within the time allotted.
