The two men were terrific ~ the lead gentleman calmed my nerves about whether everything would fit in the Uhaul truck. He was professional, friendly, a hard worker and communicated well with me and his partner. They accomplished the job in a timely manner and during a miserable rainy day. A job well done! This move was to help my Dad of 60 years and injured leg do all the heavy lighting to load the truck. The move was for a 1 bedroom suite including sofas and dining room sets along with 25+ boxes. The two gentlemen were punctual and very thorough despite the challenges outside of their control. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect a phone call within 24 hours to introduce ourselves and to answer any question or concerns about the process and assure them that they made a great decision in hiring ServiceQuest Moving
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
