These people did not use any of the tie downs I provided and barely used my moving blankets. Upon arriving at my destination and unloading the storage container, all of my furniture is ruined because they put plastic containers on top of wood, it rubbed together, and there are permanent gouges in ALL of my tables furniture. Additionally, an oil painting I paid a great deal of money for is destroyed. I am beyond angry and the completely unprofessional service I received.

The Family & Friends Moving Company were on time, brought all equipment that makes moving necessary and easy, they were extremely knowledgeable on packing a POD; and considerate to my artwork in preparation for a long haul and move to another state. I would definitely use them again. I wish I could have them here in my new state to help me UNPACK!

They showed up on time and were a few minutes early. Strong, careful polite and always asking “ what else would you like us to move”. They were careful moving the big stuff, little stuff, fragile things and heirlooms. Great Job to family and friends moving company.
