The two movers we hired from Alliance Movers were great. They arrived on time, were exceedingly helpful, and displayed a positive attitude throughout the move. The manager I spoke with over the phone was also very professional and helpful.
I had never used a service like this before so I was wary, but I can't recommend Alliance Movers enough.

Overall, I was disappointed with their service. I hired 4 guys for 4 hours. Two guys were professional but the other two that came along clearly had no clue of what they were doing. The two unprofessional movers created a lot of damages on the walls, doors, and door frames of my old and new homes. They got tired after couple hours of moving, and were frustrated that they were kicking my boxes around with no respect. What's worse is they took money that my mother left in the bedrooms of my new house. When I addressed that to the leader of the group, two of the three other guys gave the money back to me, one other kid didn't but I didn't pursue further and let it go.
After the move, I called the company and complained to Amin about the two movers. He then confessed that the two untrained movers were picked up randomly at Home Depot. I was very ticked off when I heard about this. If I wanted to find some random guys at Home Depot, I could have picked them up myself and wouldn't need to pay the price of professional movers to do unprofessional job.
EDIT: I want to clarify that the two professional movers from Alliance were hardworking individuals who were doing their jobs right and treated my properties with respect. The main concern I had with them was having untrained workers moving my items and created a lot of damages that could have easily avoided. When you decide to hire Alliance Movers in the future, you have to make sure the ones you are hiring are indeed their employees and not just some random guys off the street. Lesson learned.

Showed up a little late but called in advance so it was okay. They did a great job fitting everything from the truck into the small storage unit even though it took some creative maneuvering. They were professional and quick and got the job done faster than expected. I will probably use them for my next move when I move my things out of the storage unit.

These guys were 100% excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality movers. They were professional, helpful, and respectful when handling my stuff. They arrived early, and finished the job ahead of schedule. If I ever move back to Maryland, you can bet I'll use them again.

Alliance Movers did a fantastic job with my move. They were on time and well prepared for yhe job. I t took them about three hours but this was due to the apartment building the furniture was being moved from (freight elevator tied up and trash truck blocking the ramp for loading/unloading). Overall, I was very pleased with them. They did a good job of taking apart, packaging, and loading our bedroom furniture. They were extremely courteous and professional the entire time. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services

The movers showed up. One didn't speak English and couldn't follow the leaders orders. We provided blankets, sheets, pillows and cardboard. When we unpacked, we found a bunch of damaged items. I was told it was my fault since I didn't provide "furniture pads".
I do not recommend.

Guys did an excellent job packing the truck. It took them 3 hours, but they packed a 16' truck almost completely full. Nothing moved, no damage to any goods. Great job, very helpful! Highly recommend. Ask for Robert if you can.

My movers did not show up, and I wasn't notified until after the time they were supposed to arrive. Since they would be coming from an hour away, I couldn't even wait for Alliance to round up new helpers, and had to do it myself. This was the fault of the employees, but if the company trained them correctly or hired competent people, they would have known to call Alliance as soon as they realized they couldn't do the job, instead of just not showing up. That way there would have been time to get a new crew. Unprofessional all around.

The guys from Alliance Movers did a fantastic job with my move. They hauled all my heavy furniture and belongings down 3 flights of stairs, and they also carefully took apart and packaged my bedroom furniture. They did an excellent job of loading the truck, taking care to be sure everything was stacked and tied securely. They were extremely courteous, responsive, respectful and professional at all times. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their services.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
