Showed up late, scheduled time was between 10-11 then was rescheduled for 12-1pm which was fine ,but then the 2 laborers showed up at 1:10, when i asked if they had a busy day, they said no it was a long night because of the Knicks basketball game. I explained the work to be done and what was expected, along with giving them necessary materials to pack and wrap all the items. I informed them if they needed more materials to call me and id supply. No call was made for more materials. I inspected midway through the day at around the 1:30 mark and the Pod was packed about 1/3 of the way. I asked to be notified within 30 minutes of being completed. I was called and came back. At this point we were at approximately 3 hrs and 30 minutes. They claimed to of been completed. The rooms that were worked in were left very messy, some parts dirty, not all contents packed and removed as we discussed. Then I was asked to pay for the additional 2 hours and leave a review. I tried to reconcile these issues with the owner or the manager who set up the 2 workers, that person claims this is how they pack out when its not for a move out situation. I never claimed what it was for and was informed that the packing service differed. The items were tossed/stacked hap hazardly in the pod, not very organized, some items not even packed or wrapped properly. I request a refund for at least 2 hours since I had to then clean after their mess and finish up the incomplete job.

My company has dealt with all types of moves so It's extremely unlikely for us to see something we have not seen before.

Meeting new people and seeing new places. For me it just never gets old.
