Sergio and his assistant showed up an hour late and took an extra 10 minutes to try to get their speaker and music set up for an hour long job. I gave them instructions on how I needed items put into my storage unit and they did the opposite making it impossible for me to access the items I needed. When we went to finalize the invoice at the end of the job, Sergio made me open the receipt email for him and then took my phone out of my hand and clicked 5 stars on the review area and tried to submit it before he gave me the phone back. He and his assistant seemed like nice guys but they definitely lacked in all the other areas required for this job.
