Yes, the truck was late— out of my control. 3 men were hired. Most boxes were moved to the sidewalk before the truck arrived. As the truck arrived, it started to rain. All electronics were still inside the house. Instead of immediately loading the boxes on the truck that we’re already on the sidewalk, they waited. They didn’t want to risk the electronics getting wet. So 2 boxes of clothes fell apart & had to be stuffed into garment bags. Also, no respect for property. The bathroom was left a mess.
I was only charged for 3 hours instead of more due to the late arrival of the truck. I just wish they would’ve taken better care of possessions & bathrooom!
