Chris and John both did an excellent job moving everything around. My previous move had been disastrous and numerous boxes had been nearly destroyed however both Chris and John were very helpful in getting everything into my truck packed very neatly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

I completed the inquiry to contract these movers via online form. I indicated in two separate places on this form (one check box, one free text area) that this was a THIRD FLOOR APARTMENT WITH NO ELEVATOR.
When I received an email a couple of days later instructing me to call my contact person to discuss the details of my move, "Born", I did so. Born and I then had a verbal conversation, during which I stated and redescribed my move, including that it was a third floor with no elevator.
On the morning of my move, my "team" phoned to tell me they would be arriving an hour and 15 minutes later than our scheduled 10 am start time, very problematic given the busy city streets, limited ability to park for extended periods of time. They arrived 45 minutes after our scheduled time, and then were very vocal about the fact that the job description stated there were no stairs, and then proceed to charge me an additional $40/flight of stairs.
DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE. It seemed like a scam. They carried several items from the truck to the entry way area of the apartment building, and my family and I carried much of the stuff ourselves. They probably actually transported only 50% of the items. SUPER DISAPPOINTING experience.
