We had John and Chris for our move and I can not say enough amazing things about them. From the moment they arrived to when they drove away they were extremely polite and pleasant. They had such positive attitudes and calm demeanors they made the day stress free. They handled every item with such care and never said no to any request. They worked very efficiently and made sure to utilize the time. I wish I could fly them to FL to help with my unload. I would recommend them to anyone in need for assistance in moving.

Scammed. Movers were the least efficient of ANY we have booked through Hire a Helper in the past 10 years combined. They did NOT load the back lip of the moving vehicle until I caught this and had them correct it which of course stole time from the job and they broke a window in our apartment to boot. Complete disappointment. We had to hire another crew who thankfully saved us and got the job done at warp speed at the last minute.

The team members were great but the owner/company made them charge us an extra 350.00 for 1 item(a China cabinet that came apart) to be moved! The entire 2 hours only cost 292.00 so it was absolutely ridiculous to charge me 350 on top of that!!! I had no other choice at the moment and felt trapped to pay the money. We were not informed prior to by the company either. Very poor management!!
