John & John were wonderful. They deserve fivecstars. They were careful and caring. My problem lies with the truck rental. Apparently, rental companies do not take reservations seriously. When I arrived at the appointed location where my belongings were to be transferred to their truck, I found out that there was no truck and John & John scurried to find a rental agency to complete the move. I waited three hours.
John and John were terrific and the 3 stars do not reflect their service. I don’t hold them responsible, but I think “Never Tired Movers” needs a better system. I made my arrangements with them months ago. It’s unacceptable to find that on the day of the move, there is no truck.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
