Never Tired Movers (John and his assistant) showed up within the specified time window to help us pack a small two bedroom Brooklyn apartment into a 16' truck for a move to Chicago. They seemed to take several breaks as they carried the items down from the second floor apartment to the truck--and the time stretched from the initial two hour estimate to three and a half hours.
However, our main dissatisfaction was how they loaded the truck. Despite frequent reminders that we stopping en route to pick up a couple additional pieces of furniture, they left no room at the back of the truck--in fact, the last few items were just "thrown" in at odd angles and without much, if any, thought. All of this resulted in us having to unpack half the truck at our stop (to uncover a massive amount of space left toward the front of the truck) and then repack it to include the additional pieces of furniture we were adding.
We would rate Never Tired Movers slightly below average as hard workers and much below average on the thoughtfulness and planning in packing a truck.

The crew let me know when they were coming and arrived on time. John, the crew lead, was very professional and patient, and his guys were efficient as well. I paid extra for tools to be sent to disassemble the few pieces of furniture that needed it but that didn’t happen, so my own tools were used (I received a refund for the extra charge). Not a huge deal. There was some damage to my loveseat when one of the guys yanked at it while trying to separate the back from the body, and when they carried it down without dismantling it to avoid further damage, a wall got gauged, and hooks from an inside coat closet were beheaded in the struggle to heave the loveseat down the stairs from the second floor.
All in all, they did a great job and I’m shocked with the amount of stuff they packed in there. I would suggest that the helpers get some training on how to disassemble and assemble different kinds of furniture properly to avoid other fiascos. Overall, we were pleased and would recommend!
