The crew let me know when they were coming and arrived on time. John, the crew lead, was very professional and patient, and his guys were efficient as well. I paid extra for tools to be sent to disassemble the few pieces of furniture that needed it but that didn’t happen, so my own tools were used (I received a refund for the extra charge). Not a huge deal. There was some damage to my loveseat when one of the guys yanked at it while trying to separate the back from the body, and when they carried it down without dismantling it to avoid further damage, a wall got gauged, and hooks from an inside coat closet were beheaded in the struggle to heave the loveseat down the stairs from the second floor.
All in all, they did a great job and I’m shocked with the amount of stuff they packed in there. I would suggest that the helpers get some training on how to disassemble and assemble different kinds of furniture properly to avoid other fiascos. Overall, we were pleased and would recommend!
