Bryan & Joseph were wondef. They worked seamlessly. Bryan was a master. He viewed the project as a puzz and organized the load to completely fill the Pod. He was masterful and both were very professional. Friendly and courteous.

Forty minutes late arriving then wanted to leave early. Did OK job of packing boxes, If you hire, monitor them as they pack the furniture, left many places where boxes could have been packed. Did not cover furniture well and scratched several pieces..

Mover's response:

There was an accident on the spillway that held us up. You did not pack your boxes correctly as many were being crushed as we were stacking them. Also, you were rushing us because you didn't want us to go over the time you paid for and you wanted us to stack heavy boxes on top of antiques. We do this for a living and have a system to pack trucks and when you only provide 12 furniture pads for a 3 bedroom house and tell us how to do our job, bad things will occur.

Broke my deceased husbands roll top desk in half they did not know how to pack a POD -- empty space and I fed them lunch out of my pocket .... And they charged me extra in cash 2 hours after breaking my things and had to rent a local storage ---useless is a better eat to put it /-- they guy Nick said he sent his best but I hate to see his worse packers... Never again will I use them !!

Ms. Kim, with all due respect ma'mm, this is an outright lie. We spoke on the phone the day before and both agreed that you would need to rent a truck because it was impossible to fit your 3 bedroom house into one POD. When my guys got there, you were so unorganized and unprepared that they packed half the POD before you told them that you wanted certain things left behind. Also, you jumped into the POD and tried to show us how to do our job which probably caused your damages.

I was extremely impressed with the movers I was sent from ABBA Movers. They were available on short notice, and Fat Tuesday! They showed up on time and worked very hard to load up my Pack Rat container. All my belongings were secured. They were completely respectful of my property and if I ever lived in Louisiana again, I would definitely use them. Thank you ABBA for sending such competent and hard-working men to help me.
