They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I wish they had used a blanket on one item as it ended up getting marked up from the storage pod. I should've double checked before they loaded it. I would use them again!

Worst moving experience! Damage to newly renovated house. Gouged new floor, walls, ceiling. Scratched, dented, gouged, broke furniture. Took numerous pictures of house/furniture/appliance damage. Didn't use 22 of 24 moving blankets provided. Didn't use appliance or furniture dollies which I provided, only standard dolly. Ignored repeated requests/directions. Went on a lunch break in the middle of the move. Acted as though they had never moved anything before or packed a 26ft truck with furniture. Furniture unloaded from the truck twice to make more space and still not packed correctly. Had to rent box truck and cargo van to finish the move after they left. Will never hire or recommend these movers to anyone.
Update: As of 12/11/20, issues are not resolved.
